My name is Charles “Chuck” Leanza, and I am a real estate professional serving Morris County and surrounding communities, including Randolph, where I have been a resident for 35 years. I work with buyers and sellers to help them understand their options, evaluate properties, and navigate the details of a real estate transaction. I take the time to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and understand what matters most to the people I work with. My background in sales and marketing, business ownership, and commercial real estate has helped me develop valuable skills in understanding client needs, presenting information clearly, managing details, and building professional relationships throughout the real estate process.

I bring a business-minded perspective to my real estate work, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance. My 28 years in sales and marketing with Xerox and 12 years as the proprietor of Table 42 restaurant and bar gave me extensive experience working directly with customers, managing business relationships, and making thoughtful business decisions. My experience with commercial businesses in real estate further complements my understanding of property-related needs. I enjoy helping clients make informed real estate decisions while providing the communication and personal attention they value throughout the process. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, staying active, and exploring local restaurants.
