I’m Sarah Morrissey, and I proudly serve clients throughout Warren County, Sussex County, and Morris County, New Jersey. My approach to real estate is rooted in clear, honest communication and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s goals. I take pride in being a strong listener, often focusing more on what my clients are sharing than simply trying to guide the conversation. I believe real estate should feel approachable, not transactional, so I make it a priority to explain each step in a straightforward way and remain responsive and consistent from start to finish.

My professional background spans hospitality, healthcare, and retail management, all of which shaped my ability to connect with people from all walks of life. From working as a server and bartender to supporting patients in a hospital setting and managing a local grocery store, I’ve built my career around service, organization, and building meaningful relationships. I also studied nursing at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida, earning my associate degree, which strengthened my attention to detail and care for others. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with friends singing karaoke and have a passion for staying active, including playing recreational adult soccer.
